A little about me
Hi, I’m Kayla!
I’m a portrait and family photographer based in Edmonton, Alberta, specializing in personality-filled children's studio portraits and heartfelt storytelling family sessions.
In 2012, I found my passion for portrait photography. It wasn’t until I became a mom that I truly began to understand the importance of capturing life's most meaningful moments – the quiet stillness of a cuddle, the spontaneous bursts of laughter, and the little details that make each day so special. It’s these authentic, unscripted moments that fuel my love for photography and inspire me to capture the heart of your story.
Apart from photography, you’ll likely find me exploring the river valley with my kids, checking out local coffee shops, or getting way too invested in the latest reality TV drama.
Get to know me
I’m a 36 year old mama to two girls ages 6 and 3.
Iveigh is my middle name pronounced “ivy”. Iveigh was my grandmother’s first name.
I love Christmas, and have even had a ‘Christmas in July’ themed birthday party.
As a family we love exploring nature, and going on mini adventures that usually end with ice cream or coffee.
