Love, Laughter, and Ice Cream: A Family Session in Old Strathcona

I’m still thinking about how great this family session was. Travis and Alex are not just clients – they're close friends, so having the opportunity to photograph their family felt incredibly special. We kicked off the shoot in Old Strathcona, where the evening light was absolutely perfect. My goal was to capture their real connection as a family, which made the whole session super relaxed, fun, and full of laughs.

After a while, we made our way to Yelo’d on Whyte Ave for some ice cream. They enjoyed their cones on a bench tucked away from the main street. It was such a peaceful moment amidst the lively atmosphere of Whyte Ave, considering we were shooting on a Friday evening.
